Making a purchase
You maypurchase goods on this site for invoice and delivery worldwide.Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'your basket' and you will be asked for details we need to be able to complete the order. Delivery charges are based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination.
We accept card payment from Visa and Mastercard.
Although the system will send you an invoice as soon as payment is made this does not consititute a contract to supply. We say this to protect ourselves from mistakes that can happen e.g. a wrong price has been entered, the product is nolonger available, other circumstances that mean it is not possible or uneconomic for the order to be fulfilled.
Goods will normally be despatched by Royal Mail Standard Parcel Service or a delivery service based on your location. Despatch will normally take place on the next working day or same day if you have requested next day delivery (UK Only, cut off times apply).
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If you wish to cancel a refund will be sent to your card on notification

If the goods are faulty or damaged please e mail us with a description of the problem. We may request that you return the goods to us at your expense, which will be refunded on receipt after the claim has been verified. If you have ordered the incorrect item, you may return this to us at your expense and a refund will be issued less a 15% restocking and handling charge on receipt. We advise you to obtain a proof of despatch for your insurance purposes when sending returns to us.
