Refund policy
If the goods are faulty or damaged please e mail us with a description of the problem. We may request that you return the goods to us at your expense, which will be refunded on receipt after the claim has been verified. If you have ordered the incorrect item, you may return this to us at your expense and a refund will be issued less a 15% restocking and handling charge on receipt. We advise you to obtain a proof of despatch for your insurance purposes when sending returns to us
